Terms and Conditions

1. Before we begin all project(s), a contract MUST be read and signed by both parties and a deposit from the client must be paid.

2. Mock ups are only to be designed when the deposit is paid.


3. Project(s) must be paid in full within the 30 days. Unless you made some type of payment arrangement with us. Please make the payment arrangement before your 30 days is due.

4. The project(s) will be delivered when the second half of the amount is paid in full.
Please have all the information ready so when we start on your project(s) the process will go smoother.

5. Any payments under $100 must be paid in full!

6. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the project(s) to be ready for delivery and/or pick up (Applies to printable items ONLY) Example: business cards, post cards…etc..
Any last minute changes to the project(s) layout, you will be charged an additional amount of $50.

7. Once you approve your work for printing or web, Nebcreations WILL NOT be held responsible for any mistakes after printing and/or published websites. Please proof read your work carefully.

8. If you the (client) ask for us to hold your project(s) for you longer then the agreement, you will be charged an additional $25 per project(s) to your account NO EXCEPTIONS! This fee is for us to store your work in our system.

9. If not notified, past due projects (30 days) will be canceled.

10. We DO NOT edit any website(s) that is NOT done by us!

11. We ONLY create website(s) from scratch!

12. Any changes beyond the three samples that will be provided to you for your project, will be an extra $45.00 NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. When you send us a file, please send it as a JPEG file. The resolution can not be more then 72 dpi (dots per inch)

 

3. If you need a design, there will be a one time fee for us to design it

 

4. If payment is not received and you have not contacted us at least 3 days in advance, we will remove your ad(s) from our site and newsletter until payment has been received.

 

5. All Payments MUST be paid in full. The annual payment is made once a year. If your payment hasn't been received before or on your year anniversary, your ad will be removed from our website and newsletter

 

6. Your ad will be placed on our monthy newsletter and on our website.

1. Payment must be due on or before the due date. If you need an extension on your due date, you must contact us.

 

2. Amount must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

 

3. Payment options: You can pay online or send us a check or money order.
